Tweetjes Mat '64 waren bekend als Plan V en verschenen rond het jaar 2000 voornamelijk in deze gedaante. Door hun langdurige en grootschalige inzet zijn de stellen Plan V heel wat aangepast en gereviseerd tot hun pensioen in 2014. Enkele stellen zijn anno 2026 nog inzetbaar en worden o.a. door de spoorwegen zelf gebruikt voor verschillende ritten. Voor de reguliere dagdienst zijn deze oude rakkers uiteraard allang niet meer geschikt.
